I just bought a carbon filter shower head. I live in a rental so I just stored the original shower head under the bathroom sink. It not only took care of the chlorine smell, but it also increased my water pressure and made the water softer. I paid $1 for 2 of them at a yard sale (they were still in the box with the plastic wrap) but they are like $25 on Amazon
