For the past few months I've kind of been on a self-help bender. I've gotten a lot out of a journaling program in which I wrote about past issues and future goals. I'm currently reading Find your Why by Simon Sinek and am getting a lot out of it. Also, a book I found very helpful was StrengthsFinder 2.0. It's a test that helped outline and define my personal strengths.
I've heard it said that life is a verb, meaning once you start doing things opportunities open up. I feel you should start by jumping in head first and making videos.
