You using C02? Any stronger lights can just end up causing issues with algae. I like planted plus hlc for low to medium light since you can just adjust the strength if you start getting algae. I wouldn't bother with the 24/7 mode and just set your lights for the time/strength you want.

Oh also make sure get get a quality light for them. I have an 24x18x18 terrarium and this is the light I use. It’s bright, pretty, and great for the plants.

First time trying something like this out - but I bought a Finnex 24/7 LED light [Amazon Link] I like it a lot.
I've got the Finnex Planted in three sizes and love the light it puts out, as well as the ability to program sunrise, siesta and sunset. The tank aesthetic transforms beautifully throughout the day. Only downsides are the clunky programming remote and the timing for the program only has 3 hour increments, so not quite as much control as I'd like. But for this price, it's hard to complain.

Not particularly my light is pretty affordable and has the same effect.
I was told by my friend that these are very good lights
Figured I'd give my two cents here as I'm setting up my first viv, and I come from a tropical plant/aquarium background. I spent a lot of time these past few weeks researching lighting, and ultimately narrowed it down to a T5 HO or an LED. I browsed both here and dendroboard pretty extensively, and I think I came to realize that the Finnex Planted+ might be the best bang for your buck. In particular, I was looking at the HLC model. It's a bit outside your budget ($66 on Amazon) but this article in particular did a really nice writeup on it. IMO it seems worth it to buy from a company that's already well reviewed and has long history of manufacturing products in this space.
Are you in the US? It's on Amazon. How wide is the rimless? Thought it was 20"
Not sure about your budget but I just recently picked this up and it has a 24 hour light cycle, very pleased with it so far.
