(revised the link) Search Amazon for a locking deposit bag or locking money bag.
Something like this might work. Here in the states they are used to transport cash from a store to a bank for deposit.
No, I don't know where you might get one in your country. And I wouldn't trust a combination lock given the long unsupervised access time. But perhaps this gives you an idea.
