Your older self will thank you if you replace those manual shears with some spring loaded non-stick easy grip trimmers; Fiskars or equivalent: https://www.amazon.ca/Fiskars-Non-Stick-Softgrip-Micro-Tip-Pruning/dp/B01MU8CP1W
During trimming I have three of those I rotate through while soaking them in a shotglass of vodka or Everclear and gathering the hash at the end. Zero finger / tendon / joint / etc pain after an all day or all night trim session with Plex playing in the background.
Ooh, springy scissors! Those looped ones look pleasant to use for snipping things like thread or yarn, though I bet the really short blades would annoy me while making long cuts across a piece of paper. They're also missing the little switch that lets you lock them closed for when you want to put them away without the blades getting dinged up.
Some thoughts on tools from a fellow crafter:
Any type of scissors, shears, or pliers that have some sort of spring to make them open up by themselves is a great help, since you can work by just squeezing, without having to stick your fingers inside to pull them open.
For some reason, it's mostly gardening tools that have springs. A lot of pruning shears are just spring-loaded scissors. Here's a little pair on Amazon. (I haven't tried those particular shears.)
And pliers for people who do crafting with beads or wires also sometimes have little leaf springs to open them. Here's an assortment. Those can be useful if you have to grab and release small things over and over (medievalists who make their own chain mail armor will know what I mean.)
What I've found to be the easiest for cutting stuff like paper or cardboard, is to stop using scissors for that, and switch to using a knife on a plastic cutting mat. I have this box cutter with a great big pistol-grip handle that's comfortable for my gorilla-sized hands. Being able to go all the way across a sheet of paper in a single motion is much easier than using scissors, and gives a perfect cut. (And when doing the weekly recycling, there's an enormous difference between using scissors to break down a cardboard box and using that sort of knife!)

There are lots of copycat versions out there. I use these and they're comfortable for me, but some people complain that spring based trimming scissors hurt their hands after long sessions. I will say that the locking mechanism that keeps them closed broke on me, as it's just a chunk of plastic, so they are permanently open.

People swear by these for a non-spring trimmer. Personally never used them, so I dunno. I'd try them if I had spare cash haha.
Looks like you will be spending some time trimming.

Those look gorgeous man! I know that's a good feeling! Check out the smaller style trimmers by Fiskar. I have 3 pairs and they're not terribly big and really easy on the hands.

I've trimmed three harvests with these Fiskars trimmers and they show no signs of slowing down.
