I see in the guide that rows are a required part of the routine. I'm limited in what I have available to me.
I have some resistance bands - those aren't mentioned in the video for rows, but are they acceptable? I'd have a tough time anchoring them to a door right now.
My other option is either just holding the edges of the door frame with my wrists twisted awkwardly. Or maybe this thing. The problem with anything in the available door frames is that those doors have to be able to close quickly if need be, so one of the bigger ones that mounts around the top of the frame is a no-go.
We don't have a sturdy enough table, and outdoors is not possible. Even if there were a suitable tree or park, it's Minnesota and winter is coming.
Anyone have experience with doorway pull up bars like this one? mostly looking at it bc I have limited space in my apartment and don’t wanna damage the doorframe walls with the usual doorway pull-up bars.
