Nice, I’m already looking forward to the next program I do as well.
SuperMax Adjustable Weight Bench for Incline Decline Workouts, 800 lbs Weight Capacity by Fitness Reality, Full Body, Foldable Exercise Equipment for Weightlifting, Compact for Home Gym Use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YWRNPZT1TD23P49AQY67
There’s my bench, it’s nothing fancy for sure, but it works.
The fitness reality bench on amazon is only $100 and also folds away with 1k capacity. I got one for my Mom at the start of the pandemic and it's surprisingly sturdy feeling. My sister ended up getting one a few months later as well after she tested it out too, and both still use them
If you want adjustable this is a decent cheap bench.

And they have a used one for 93$. Unthreatening upholstery is eh and you’ll have to throw a towel on the hinge for decline but solid deal for ~100$.
Yes I am in the US. So I should get a bench that can adjust correct? So this one should be OK right? Fitness Reality Bench on Amazon
One of the go-to budget benches. And it folds up. Not having a bench really limits you on what dumbbell exercises you can do.
Check out fititout.ca. This is where I got my barbell weights.
I ordered my power rack at fitnessavenue.ca for a great price.
Kettlebells I got from Fitness Depot in KW the day before lockdown for decent price, but they are more expensive now.
For flooring, I used rymarrubber.ca and got the 8mm flooring. Really high quality for good price.
For the bench, I got one of Amazon. This one was on sale for $179.99 last week but I paid $300 for mine (slightly different and better).
Also, I have some weights that I bought for my barbell made out of concrete lmao. I only got 50lbs worth but it was only $40. It's 80 cents a pound. Got it off a friend who makes them.
I got the decal from amazon. There are a whole bunch of different ones I found there and on Etsy.
I have two benches. The flat one is Rogue's flat bench. I have an irrational fear of my bench collapsing on me, so I went with something overkill in terms of weight load.
The adjustable one I got on amazon and I use for incline exercises only. I like it and it's pretty sturdy. My best friend has the same one and he has benched 300+ on it without issue so it is pretty sturdy for the price.
I got this bench from Amazon a couple of years ago and I’ve been very happy with it:
Fitness Reality 1000 Super Max Weight Bench with Upgraded Wider Backrest/Seat (2019 Version), 800 lbs. Weight Capacity https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_fDt.DbWCXD1DN
It’s a solid bench that I can fold up and out of the way when I’m not using it.
I bought this bench precovid. Since then I got a rack and barbell and I've used it for benching under 300lb with no issue on incline and flat. Some people have complained that it's narrow but I feel comfortable on it at 6' tall. Folds upright when not in use and probably has a 2 foot x 8 inch footprint
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fab_2HazFb84P6DFV
Fitness Reality Adjustable Bench - pretty good budget bench. got mine at $129, its currently $99 on amazon
Edit: ships sept 19th
on the other hand. Fitness Reality does a great job and I love this bench from them that is in stock on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-Super-Adjustable-Weight/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=sr_1_1?c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=Strength+Training+Benches&qid=1598022125&refinements=p_89%3AFitness+Reality&s=exercise-and-fitness&sr=1-1&ts...
Fitness Reality FID bench for $99. Amazon and Walmart regularly stock this for $99. Don’t pay anymore for it.

Finally starting a home gym over paying $90/month and still having to wait for equipment to free up. Here’s what I’m looking at let me know thoughts please!
Power rack $260 from amazon Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage with Optional Lat Pull-down Attachment
Used rogue echo barbell in good condition $80 Used Olympic plates 275 lb good condition $175
Bench $90 from amazon https://www.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-Super-Adjustable-Weight/dp/B01CR4XFIK/?tag=mflweb-20
And then I’ll be building a deadlift platform from Alan Thralls guide on YT.
Folding bench like this doesn't take up much space.
I have this one @ 107 from amazon prime.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_qFGRzbM3QM3HT
It's... ok. Not bad. I bought it to get started. It's narrow through the shoulders, but it works ok. Doesn't wobble, easy to move around. My next bench will certainly be nicer, I have my eye on the rep fitness FID, but it's a bit more than 100$.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_SxK7ybC12T10D
I'm not sure what's expensive to you but I bought this off Amazon and I like it so far.The price actually went down a bit too. I'm still putting my home gym together so I've only tested it with 2 100lb dbs(+215 body weight). However it says it can handle up to 800 which should be good enough for most people. It's worth checking out
I got this bench off Amazon - can't remember if Titan didn't have their benches when I ordered it last fall or if I just went with this one since it was cheaper and had a higher weight capacity.
I've done 225 at ~190 bw on it and it felt fine - stores flat too just by removing one pin if you need that. I just roll mine up to a wall and store in vertical but not folded. Is a normal bench height too, sounds like the Titan ones are higher than normal.
Hello, perhaps I can help. I bought a titan T-3 rack, an Cap OB-86 bar, a cheap bench from amazon, and a few CAP olympic weights from Walmart (they were around 50 cents on sale at the time) and two stall mats from TSC. I would say that I roughly have 700$ in the whole deal. Everything is decent quality and will get you going for awhile.

Usually $90 at Walmart, so not the best price. But if you need something sooner, this bench has received decent reviews in past threads ex https://www.reddit.com/r/homegym/comments/a6s1h6/anyone_have_experience_with_fitness_reality_1000/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

I totally missed that there was a Targeted Talk about benches when I commented in the Free Talk post. So, I'm duplicating it here for more visibility.
Looking for some advice on a bench. To be clear, I'm far far away from approaching the weight limit on any of these -- I haven't worked out in two years, and even then I wasn't close to it. So, from that perspective, all will meet my needs for a while. Anyway, here's what I'm looking at for my home gym:
Fitness Reality 2000 SuperMax XL
Titan Fitness Tri-Pod Adjustable FID Bench
Obviously, it's a range of prices, and the cheapest would mean I'd have more cash for other stuff. :) And I'm checking out the used market locally as well. But I'm curious about the general impressions of each of these.

How does this look for a budget build?
I already have the dumbbells, the cardio machine, and the bench, and the dumbbell rack is on order. I still need to order the power cage (I just missed a deal and the price shot to significantly), the barbell, and I need to decide on what plates to get and what flooring to use.
What do you think?
I have this one, it's cheap and can adjust from 85 to -15 degrees.

Do you have room in your apartment for a simple adjustable bench, knock-off Bowflex dumbells, a dip belt, and somewhere you can mount a pullup bar? Should be able to get a pretty decent workout with that if you're creative enough, will have to do a lot of single-leg movements though.

thoughts on this bench?
Is there a reason the AB-3100 is so highly regarded in this sub? I'm not exactly looking for the best of the best but I was thinking of getting one of these Fitness Reality adjustable benches and a cheap flat bench.
Or perhaps getting this no gap adjustable bench instead of two benches.
Certainly: Fitness Reality 1000 Super Max... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
This comes in stock often and for a good price. Bought one for $100 ~1 week ago.
Fitness Reality 1000 FID Bench, don't have any personal experience with it.
I just got this a few days ago and I’m really impressed for $119. Fitness Reality 1000 Super Max... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CR4XFIK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
The Fitness Reality 1000 Supermax Bench is probably the best bang for your buck adjustable bench. Says it’s rated for 800lbs and sells for under $150.

Best bang for your buck. I've been using it daily since March. https://www.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-Super-Adjustable-Weight/dp/B01CR4XFIK/
If you're wanting something cheap, check out the Fitness Reality 1000: https://www.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-Super-Adjustable-Weight/dp/B01CR4XFIK.
are some other options. They are taller benches. 17.5 inches high is what I prefer to get good leg drive. If you're only benching 40lb dumbells, these benches should be fine for your needs and stow away for small spaces.
https://www.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-Super-Adjustable-Weight/dp/B01CR4XFIK I ordered this bench and it's super sturdy from what I can see, definitely not as much as the 3100 but I got it for like ~120 shipped so might be good
I just got the Fitness Reality 1000 bench and I'm pretty happy with it.

Fitness Reality adjustable bench in stock on Amazon, for those of you looking for a budget bench

I use a chest or storage box at it worked ok for me. There are benches an Amazon if you are willing to spend money . I bought this 1 and it's really good https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01CR4XFIK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I have this, got mine for a little cheaper than what it's currently listed as though.
Also, if you're new and fear not knowing certain exercises/looking dumb or whatever, it's super easy to get started working out at home. Adjustable dumbbells are super cheap (you can add more plates easily to increase the weight, for less than a hundred dollars you can end up with two dumbbells that go to max 50 lbs, which should be more than enough for all exercises when you're new. A bench can also be had for less than $100. Add a doorframe pull up bar for another $15-20 and you're all set. That's less than $200. If you get a gym membership at $40 a month then after 5 months you'll come out ahead, plus you can always sell everything to recoup the costs later.
I only workout from home due to how convenient it is and the fact that I have total control over everything, music, lights, never having to wait for a bench, etc. I also live in a small studio apartment.
Huh, it used to be an option on the cage. It looks like they took it off and made it it's own item.
I havent bought it yet but it has decent reviews Fitness Reality 1000 Super Max Weight Bench $60
It's a little tough to tell but I come up with the bench max rated at 480lbs (300lb person with 180lbs here)
http://www.bowflex.com/products/selecttech-3.1-series-bench/140003.html
I was looking at this one clearly rated for 800lbs with good reviews

I just bought this adjustable bench and some Powerblock adjustable dumbbells from Amazon. The bench collapses down easily, but I'm not sure if it would fit underneath your bed or not (says it's 9" tall when folded down). Also worth noting is that the bench is $20 more than when I bought (I got it for $98 shipped), so maybe pay attention to the price w/ camelcamelcamel if you want to save a bit on it. The price of the powerblocks seemed pretty consistent, although I didn't shop around for those once I decided to buy them.
I like them both so far, but take that with a grain of salt because I received them on Friday and used them for the first time today.
Best of luck if you go down the rabbit hole that is adjustable dumbbells. I spent a few weeks researching and trying to decide which set to get. /r/homegym is a good resource, obviously, but there's also a lot of information (too much, perhaps) on the bodybuilding.com forums as well.
I got the Fitness Reality 1000 bench and it's been great so far. https://www.amazon.ca/Fitness-Reality-12-Position-Adjustable-800-Pounds/dp/B01CR4XFIK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1548789398&sr=8-3&keywords=fitness+reality
Seeing as how you have some real low end ones there too, let me add FITNESS REALITY
