I was interested in this one because it has water circulation. Does anyone know if it would be ok for a betta?

If it it's better to get more than 2 and I can get it within my budget and it isn't too large for a small apartment, I'd be open to it! I only picked the 2 gallons because her roommate has this in which she keeps a betta and some snails.
