I have a Flybird bench I got it on amazon a few years ago. It's nothing fancy but fulfills all of my needs and the price is good. I don't have the 2020 model so i can't speak of the quality of it, but the 2017/18 version is of high quality. (from what I can tell)

Just bought a Fitness Reality 810XLT Power Rack w/ Lat Pull attachment and noticed that the lat pulldown doesn't accept olympic sized weights. What are some options for fitting it with olympic sized weights?
Also, I am looking for a bench to pair up with the power rack? Currently looking at this. I dont intend to lift crazy high weight on the bench. I weight 190 and will likely bench no more than 350 in my lifetime as I'm currently around 250 max and would like to be able to do 3 plates at some point.
I got this Flybird bench. It’s lightweight and folds up very small. FLYBIRD Weight Bench, Adjustable Strength Training Bench for Full Body Workout with Fast Folding- 2020 Version https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DNYSJ8W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_xjI7FbYA7XFNS
Any recommendations for a bench that can be used for hip thrusts? I currently have this bench but it's too high for me to do hip thrusts. I currently don't have any weights I can put underneath my feet and books would be too slippery and not really safe. I'm 5'3". Based on other reviews, the bench is larger and higher than an average one. Does anyone have any bench recommendations? I don't need anything too high-end. Budget is probably $150 max. Just something that will get the job done. I'm also open to the Brett Contreras bench or booty sprout if anyone has any input on that. Space is also a little tight as I will be using a bit less than one garage car space, so I would prefer not to get a pylo box. Thanks!
Can anyone speak to the quality of this bench? I’m looking for a basic adjustable bench that will tide me over until the pandemic is over. I understand you guys often recommend Rep fitness benches but they’re never in stock and charge $50+ for shipping.
I haven't had home fitness gear beyond some loose weights in a long time but I'm getting a bench. I know a gym is better, but I honestly don't have the time for that but can spend 30 odd minutes a day at home no problem.
I was thinking of this bench on Amazon based on the reviews and info and my needs. I'm basically focused on KBs and full body dumbbell work for now. Is this a decent starting bench for that kind of work?
Can anyone speak to the quality of this bench? The ones I've been recommended here are never in stock and I'm frankly tired of spamming F5 on webpages praying for stock to come in.
Can someone recommend a decent adjustable bench? This one on Amazon seems decent but people are complaining about it being too tall (I'm short myself) and having wobble issues.
Got it ordered.
Any recommendations on a good deal for a bench ?
Found this doing some quick amazon searching. Seems like I could probably find a used one pretty cheap though:

I ordered this one. Haven't taken it out of box yet. Needed something that folds and is light enough for my wife to move. I won't come close to the weight limit. If this doesn't work well I am going to buy a Rep FID bench.

Just realized that the bench we have laying around only has a 300 lb capacity. What are some good budget options?

Double edit: Looked up the model on the manufacturer website. Website says 300 lb person + 100 lb weights are the capacity. The bench itself says 300. Which one do I trust?
Portable Adjustable Bench recommendations?
5'8 in a small studio apartment. Not much space, but I'd like a bench for some basic work outs while the gyms are still sketchy in this area. I do mostly dumbbell workouts up to 40 lbs.
I was looking at the Flybird Bench on Amazon
Any input would be much appreciated!
Check Facebook Marketplace for more local deals. I was able to get new Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells for $50 off the original price. Portable benches are in stock as well on Amazon, there's cheaper options but this one is decent.
I just placed an order for this Incline/Flat Bench from Flybird on Amazon. It's a best seller and claims to be able to hold 620 lbs, but I feel sorta funny about it. I weigh 220 and do plan on benching into the 300's so I will be putting my bench to the test. Wondering if I should just settle for something more sturdy that does not have an incline option.

TL;DR
Living in Europe (PL), looking for some home gym from scratch buying advices from other Europeans. Experienced gym user. Fresh fan of Garage Gym Reviews decided to buy/build home gym for up to $1400 but still would like to save some money. Chapters 1 and 4 neglectable.
1. Intro:
After 5 years of gym break (except for minor comebacks) I realised that the break was a huge mistake. After some time of thinking process (choosing a new sport as a new hobby) I realised that gym would be the best option if I was there alone (despite the fact that the exercise was a source of dopamine for me, I began to notice the fact that it was also a form of meditation - focusing on the number of repetitions I was doing or focusing on resting/subconsciously counting repetitions of others between my sets).
So out of curiosity I checked if there are good choices of DIY home gyms for up to like $1000. To my surprise I have found Garage Gym Reviews YT channel and started digging the subject. The problem with it is that videos of good budget product choices result in price increase not to mention the region I live in is EU (Poland) while Coop seems to be living in NA. Also in the $1000 homegym video he limits plates to newbie lvl while I am planning going for 150kg in total. Then I found this r/ which I didn't expect to be so active.
2. What I decided to buy for now:
Now I am planning the whole project and I want to keep it quite cheap hence I have a few questions. Prices given are in USD assuming that 1 USD is 5 PLN; beacuse of the plates, cost limit is 1400 USD but in the worst case I am able to pay extra.
At the moment I have chosen: $220 Olympic Bar (220cm/50mm, 750kg limit), 2x$32 Olympic Bar for Dumbbells (50cm/50mm, 120kg limit), $330 Olympic Plates with 51,5mm hole (4x[2,5kg + 5kg + 10kg + 20kg]) - all those seem to be from a local producer and local polish amazon-like web site, with shipping it seems to be $625 total, could I go better and/or cheaper? Can't decide how much horse stall mats would be enough (2x2m, 2x3m or 3x3m) but I found out that it is a cost of about $22 for 1 square meter (~3/4", 2cm thick actually, PVC pellets, one side semi-perforated), so make it $132 for 2x3m space. Plus adjustable training bench recommended by the Coop (weight limit seems to be a bit lower than it was said in the video).
3. And that's where I'm stuck.
Got weights, got bars, got flooring => $643 left. Minus bench if I should go for one above - $499 left.
I have seen the Coop's videos and tutorials ($1000 homegym, DIY Cable Pulley and Squat Rack Hacks' hack) but I am missing some of the exercises for several muscle groups with basic version of FITNESS REALITY 810XLT Super Max Power Cage ($413 with shipping here; version with lat pulldown $180 more, $94 over the budget, rack for plates seems to be too narrow and olympic size incompatible, don't know if rowing like on the picture is safe for the construction, don't know if wire rope is ok - sometimes I have used gym atlases and the ropes were kinda strechy that was really annoying for me; ~~buying lat pulldown extension in the future is $373 - pointless move~~). I am not so sure about DIY pulldown presented in the video, not so sure if it would be safe for the mentioned power rack, not so sure how the DIY cable system would look like if i decided to do for example bicep curl using it.
What do I miss the most with the basic version: overhead lift (triceps and abs using link), bottom lift (back: safe rowing with heavy weight, biceps-thigh muscles: using a clip for both legs separately - the only way of doing those muscles that came to my mind).
What do I still miss with extended version: the hack from Squat Rack Hacks video - hyperextenstions using Roman chair - even if those leg rollers were cheap still not the best power rack for mounting them, from my experience, I really appreciate this exercise; $86 dollars I could spend for some gym gadgets like olympic bar handles to change the grip angle, MIRROR, maybe some stall horse mats extra, protection of transverse rods, plate organiser, probably any exercise for calves, decline bench press stuff that would keep me from sliding down and gadgets YOU think I should consider.
What will I miss no matter what: double top lift for chest flyes.
OR SHOULD I JUST GO FOR ANOTHER POWER RACK, BENCH AND BUY SOME GADGETS AND SAFETY EQ OF YOUR CHOICES?
4. Outro - don't even read it, you have lost enough time:
As far as my condition is concerned - running and walking with(out) my puppy. Place for gym is basement, height limit is ~ 240cm, 230cm for safety reasons, prefer not to drill any wall anywhere. Spent 5 hours writing this post, hope it is a good place to send it.
Look forward to hearing from You.

Sounds like a lot of Amazon benches meet your requirements. Maybe one of these:

The fitness reality one looks a bit better. Personally, I’d just pay a premium and get something from a very reputable company like the AB-3000 from rep fitness or ironmaster superbench. But those are probably overkill for your needs.
The fitness reality one is probably fine
I've been really happy with the Flybird one I got renewed (used) for $122. The only issue is there's no 90-degree position. There is an 85-degree position which seems a bit weird. https://www.amazon.com/FLYBIRD-Adjustable-Workout-Multi-Purpose-Foldable/dp/B07DNYSJ8W

Need an adjustable bench, but the ones on Amazon look pretty shotty. I seen this one but do not know if it's quality...claims of it being really tall, the bench width is 10.6 inches

Anybody know where there is benches with width of 12 inches and not too tall?

Does anyone have any experience using this bench?
I just have been rolling with my cheap $45 bench from amazon haha
I was able to get a flybird adjustable bench from Amazon last night based on a tip from here. Reviews sound good and it was under $200 with delivery.
