FM Dipole Antenna Indoor 75 Ohm + 300-ohm to 75-ohm Transformer(Push-On F Type Balun) Kit for Ham Radio Yamaha JVC Sony Bose Natural Sound Stereo Receiver https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07M9MXQ48/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_XVJ0WKN4AG22RYV8TGN3
Strip those clip things off this antenna. Put it to the two 75 ohm terminals. The terminals are setup for bare wire, not F, Phono or other connectors. Throw away the balun.
If you want AM you probably want a good coil antenna. If it has one connector out goes to that one in the right for AM. If two try putting the other on the ground lug.
If you're lucky enough to have an older home with copper pipes just running a line to the nearest pipe will probably work fine.

Text is 300 ohm - 75 ohm.
I think it is an adapter for ladder line T-antenna for a stereo. You might also find a coiled up twin lead with "fork" connectors to screw on to this adapter.
