I don't eat eggs for ethical reasons, and just recently ordered some of Follow Your Heat's VeganEgg
It comes out to be 40 calories per "egg", and it scrambles up like chicken eggs. It actually smelt so much like eggs while I was mixing it that I felt off put. I figured maybe someome around here who is cutting calories would be interested in still being able to enjoy their scrambles in the morning.
Believe it or not, they have recently changed their name, to TerraVia, as well as their business focus.
They are no longer making biofuels or industrial products, as those aren't profitable in these days of cheap oil. However, they are doing well with finding their niche in food and personal care products.
One of their commercial products, Thrive Culinary Algae Oil is currently available for purchase. It is also on Amazon, currently sold out though. I use this oil exclusively now when cooking because of the health benefits as well as the neutral taste and high smoke point.
Solazyme (TerraVia) also supplies the whole algal flour and whole algal protein used in the popular VeganEgg.
And of course, their flagship cosmetic item, Algenist is available mostly at Sephora.
Soylent, a high-tech meal supplement/replacement, is using algae oil in their formulations as well.
I was a pescatarian who used to love eggs as well!
Oats are a great vegan breakfast, I usually do oats or cereal or a bagel on weekdays and tofu scramble or pancakes on weekends. There's a vegan egg on Amazon, or making burmese tofu is good as an egg replacement.
So Delicious brand makes a pretty good vegan yogurt, but I'd encourage you to try a few brands because dairy replacements can be hit or miss.
I didn't see any bodily changes. Felt exactly the same haha
It's available a bunch of places including Amazon.
It's Follow Your Heart brand! Here: https://www.amazon.com/Follow-Your-Heart-Egg-Vegan/dp/B016V9W6QE?th=1

I wouldn't say it's AMAZING but it works especially if you want to eat it along with other food, in a breakfast sandwich, etc. I add garam masala or other spices to mine :)
They have this on Amazon also: https://www.amazon.com/VeganEgg-Follow-Your-Heart-Replacer/dp/B016V9W6QE.
I like to make scrambled eggs with melted daiya.
I've never had it either. I've been holding out for Hampton Creek's Just Scramble.
As for where, these might help:

Amazon currently has them. (in USA)
This isn't the Just Egg but here's a link to another alternative, it's really expensive on the Canadian site for w/e reason. Make sure you use ice cold water and follow the directions exactly if you get it, the veganegg is kinda finicky.
