I bought those straps for moving heavy things easily. They are amazing! We have been able to lift and move things so much easier and every time we use them, my girlfriend and I comment on how it was the best money spent. Make these out of webbing or ratchet strap. I use it all the time even just around the forearms. Leaves the hands free for stabilizing.

Using this method my wife and I are able to move the deepfreeze up and down narrow stairs without issue.
