Yes they don’t stay as cold as long as other commenters have noted but also as OP says, they’re re-usable. It’s an option and people use them. ����♂️
i don't know how this is helpful or not, but i used to read in some sub reddit that you could use a cube/sphere of certain material/metal^? to avoid the melting of the ice dilluting the coffe taste/consistency

edit: do you plan to have a certain reasonably priced "noob experience" menu item where people can get a small amount of sip of every different coffee bean available in your cafe to get to know how they taste like? ^(for noob like me)

Hmmm, this is a toughy.......only thing I can think of due to the excess of whiskey gifts are these awesome Stainless Steel Whiskey Stones. Hope that helped a little at least.
