They still have them on Amazon. It has every movie including Jason Goes to Hell and Jason X, which preiviously were very hard to get on bluray. The set is awesome and the price on Amazon is pretty good, its less than I preordered it for on release.

Canadian Amazon but it ships to the UK. Only issue is that there's no chance of getting the lithiograph or poster but if you're not bothered its a good way to go

There’s a new complete collection blu-ray boxset coming out on October 13th by Shout Factory. Prices vary depending on where you buy it from, it’s going to be limited so if you want it I’d recommend preordering soon.
