I keep reading differing reviews some are shipped incomplete or the digitizer isnt fused to the glass and such.
How hard was it to replace, I have heard the bezel is a PITA

The replacement screen is only 52.49 on Amazon
All you need is your fingernails, a guitar pick, or in a pinch a credit card, and a small #0 screwdriver, a heat gun or hair dryer (or you can leave it in the sun for 20-30 minutes)
I replaced mine the other day. Only took about 20-30 minutes.
