I'm fairly certain it's the Logitech G102/203, in white of course.
IMO it's one of the best mice within that price point.
Fry's had these for $15 ($20 now), bought a few spares. $20 on Amazon right now as well, black sold out.
Good mouse, It's a G Pro with Logitech's Mercury sensor instead of a 3366 and smooth cable instead of braided. Only downside AFAIK is you can't modify liftoff distance in drivers, and it annoys me that even with RGB disabled it turns on during boot up.
The white version of the G203 is normally this price on amazon. The G102 and G203 are the same mice, but available in different regions.
logitech g203 its cheap and highly effective, its 20$ right now on amazon if you want something budget friendly.
Best Buy: Black and White
Amazon: White only for now
The G203 is basically a budget version of the G Pro. Here is a quick comparison:
I currently use the G203 but I never used a G Pro before so not sure if there are any other differences.
We don't Horse around here.

The G203 is on sale again. It's on Amazon for $20 (in black or white).
Thanks. I wouldn't have checked if not for this thread.
>is it really true that dpi is just a marketing ploy?
Pretty much.
Here is a slightly outdated but still relevant spreadsheet of CSGO pro player setups.
I'd recommend the logitech g203 prodigy, which you can snag for like 30 bucks.
Nearly identical to the g-pro, but without the 50 dollar pricetag, and with a slightly less over the top sensor which has effectively no impact on how well it performs.
2 side buttons + an extra center button; more than enough for FPS games or anything that doesn't require a dozen side button binds.
If you don't already have one, you'll also want a good quality decently sized mousepad with plenty of extra room to use a moderate/lower sensitivity if that's something you'll find helpful.
Standard office sized mousepads leave you cramped for movement room and a lot of people using them end up using sensitivity way too high to compensate.
You can find good pads for around and under $10.
The Logitech Prodigy G203 could be what you want.
