Picked this one up under $300 and the chair arms can be flipped up when not needed.

It's pretty nice for the price! I'm 269 lbs and it's still holding up.

Not sure of your size or budget, but nothing beats a Herman Miller Aeron. It looks like you can get a refurbished one (when in stock) at the website Krissyface provided. Great deal at $600! This is what we get at the office.
I didn’t want to spend the money on an Herman Miller quite yet for my home setup since I’ll be going back into the office soon, so I bought a Gabrylly for about $250. I legit just got it today, so I don’t have any comments on how it feels long term yet. It seems pretty comfortable, so I figured I’d try it out for a month then return if it doesn’t work well. My days are 8-10 hrs long. I plan to supplement with a stability ball too. I think the biggest complaints about the Gabrylly are from the big and tall folks (I’m 5’ 5” 125 lbs, so the chair is plenty spacey for me) and about the non padded armrests (I don’t have the luxury of sitting back and relaxing during the workday, so I won’t be using the armrests often).
