I can say Game Physics 2nd Edition, David H. Eberly is fantastic. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B003VIWRWW/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
and Game Physics Engine Development Book by Ian Millington is a great resource for algorithms. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00AQNVXFW/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
2D is a bit different than 3D, most of these books concern themselves with 3D. BUT physics wise you can just remove a dimension.
