I got one recently from Canadian Tire (Non Tactical version because I don’t see me using NVGs or diving anytime soon) for about 250. Amazon has it for 218.99 here and CT was able to price match with it.

Garmin Instinct. Heavy duty, battery usually lasts me 2 weeks, and it does everything you need. Cheaper than most other smart watches but I love it.

I thought about getting the Fossil Hybrid HR with Gadgetbridge. However, it sounds like it's a little tricky to set up. A lot more of you seem to like the Garmin line.
