Yeah. Depends on if you want any other features. I use the Garmin Forerunner 235 (~$300) and it has the cadence tracking and reporting you are looking for plus a wrist-based HR monitor. At times I run by cadence and other times by HR depending on the workout.
The Forerunner 35 has the wrist-based HR and runs around $160
The Forerunner 25 doesn’t have wrist-based HR and runs around $110
