I think they're better than the originals. Definitely more cushioned.
I'd be happy to know of any other good alternatives though. They seem a little expensive for what they are. I'd like to have essentially consumable cushions.
Depending on the headphones you can buy replacement padding for them, it's probably attached just with some simple double sided tape or something.

What are some recommendations for replacement headband cushions on the Sennheiser HD598 SEs?
I'm going to be picking up a pair of used HD598 SEs and have heard stories of the Headbands deteriorating. I live in Canada, so many sites selling replacement cushions are not available with a reasonable price given shipping costs. I've found this on amazon.ca

However the reviews seem a bit skeptical and people say they peel off.
Looking for something in the $20 - $30 CAD range which will last me for at least a few years.
p.s. I don't intend to replace the pads, instead I will just wash them thoroughly.
