Since leaving my masters program, I've been trying to learn more about GLMs. The textbook I'm currently reading is titled: Generalized Linear Models With Examples in R. It's pretty recent, it's tells you the common R packages used for GLMs, and so far it's been a great read. Once I'm done with this, I hope to start reading through the classic text on GLMs: Generalized Linear Models by McCullagh and Nedler.
