Hey guys. I went with Genius Joy. UPC 868054000380
https://www.amazon.com/Genius-Joy-Serotonin-SAM-L-Theanine/dp/B0743J21SF
Its XR released Sam-e 1000mg over the day. Whatever that really means. I stuck it in water, it still seems to 'disolve' like a normal pill. I will say - it seems to be the best quality of all.
It also has stuff like nalt and 5htp and some other stuff in it. Overall, I actually quit alot of what I was taking. Included CBD oil, started taking this - and elimitated a bunch of stuff like Gotu Kola.
So after doing alot of research - yes I left bad reviews for the nasty smelling SAM-e. Others said same. I think its a Summer-temperature thing, but alot of the same brands on Amazon seem to be getting it from some bulk source. My guess is NOT Genius Joy.
Normally I dont take 'stack' vitamins. In this case, Im kinda shocked. I hate reviews that say I got a free bottle for this review. But I'd really give it a 8.5/10. One of the better quality supplements Ive tried... amazingly. Gotta take 4 pills/day. 2 when u wake up, 2 4+ hours laterish.
Crazy I was just looking into dopamine issues last night. Maybe I’ll look at this a little closer now.
Edit: can you share more on what you are doing to try and fix this? Have you seen improvements?
Has anyone tried genuis joy, it’s supposed to help with low dopamine
Dr. recommended this for depression/irritability, and in two weeks it’s helped my anger immensely.

Hi! I’ve been there and not to worry, it is an easy fix and it will all be okay. There are a variety of solutions however the one that worked and currently still works best for me is this specific supplement. (Link below + research article on b vitamin deficiency research science article on stress, cortisol and b vitamin depletion as a result of stress)
But follow the directions if you decide to go ahead and give it a go. careful not to over do it. I only take 1-2 a day now. I used to do the full 4 capsule recommended full dosage throughout the day but also recommends to just take less depending on how you feel / what your needs are for replenishing your levels / personal preference. After a months of taking this supplement to combat my lethargy and general bla feeling that comes with this deficiency, I felt that it had helped me enough to the point where my deficiency for b vitamins is no longer an issue (keep in mind it has been about 2 years now taking it consistently for about a half year then switching to lower doses, when I didn’t need it as much and now I’m back at it again but just not as much each day just bc I’m on a health kick) — I felt I was getting enough for my deficiency to the point where I definitely have replenished and am on a normal level now. This supplement also has patented ingredients including neural and cognitive aids/Healers/Protectants (aka: nootropics) like some SAM-E and 5-HTP (all essential nutrients that help the brain to repair and to elevate mood + overall brain function) I will say that for me and many others as you will see, It does actually help with cognition I will admit and mood as well. I’ve come to trust this brand now. They make quality supplements, proteins powder, and more. It is and was at the time of when I needed it the most, definitely worth the $60. I was very pleasantly surprised by the efficacy. If you take a look at the ingredients pic/description in the link below on Amazon you will see what I mean by a sh*t ton of B vitamins, all the kinds haha also it comes with a ‘next bottle free’ if you buy off their own site using the tiny QR code card that comes with the bottle do you basically get two for one so don’t loose that or take a pic of it when you get it to save and use if you decide to get another bottle.
Follow the link below to this supplement for GeniusJoy by Genius Brand below (I have researched all their patents and studies, just look up the patents on whatever search engine you use if you want to be sure before trying, it honestly works and has worked great for me) so if you do decide try it, I hope it works very well for you. take it slow to start to avoid headaches, eat throughout the day. drink as much water as you can everyday. That of course always helps to flush your system and rehydrate, electrolytes are always a plus as well. Just don’t drink only Gatorade. Always drink Gatorade along with water on the side or after because of high sodium and sugar concentration levels. + Organic produce and other organic foods rich in B vitamins, etc. all that good stuff lol it is all sure to help you out on your journey to feeling better and more energized as well. 🤓🤗
Wishing you the best and I hope this long af response helps you a bit or a lot! Major apologies for sending you a whole essay 🤣🤓 have a great day! 🤗

“… 10. Dietary supplements My professional experience with most dietary supplements that were supposed to treat adrenal fatigue has been disappointing. However, there are a few that truly work. Remember – the goal of supplementation is more than just getting your patient feeling better, it is to provide the specific, targeted support the adrenals and HPA axis need to heal to the point where the dietary supplements are no longer needed. I have witnessed this many hundreds of times and know that the right supplements are often the most critical leg of the triad, especially in the early phases of treatment. Below are some tips for locating the best ones for adrenal fatigue patients. 1. Particular B vitamins are required in higher quantities by the adrenals and stressed cells. a. Niacin (B3) is needed in quantities of 125–150 mg/day to help the multiple NADP–NADPH enzymes of the adrenal cascade function optimally.
b. Pyridoxine (B6) is essential to the transamination and hydroxylation reaction of tissue repair and is needed in quantities of 50+ mg per day.
c. Pantothenic acid is a precursor to the Krebs cycle and is needed in quantities of 1200–1500 mg/day for recovery from stress and adrenal fatigue.
d. The other B vitamins should be present to work with these vitamins and to act as cofactors for the enzymatic reactions needed to facilitate recovery from adrenal fatigue and stress.
e. For best results, B vitamins (and other water-soluble vitamins) should be in a sustained-release format to allow even absorption and increased tissue saturation.
2. The adrenals need more vitamin C than any other organ or tissue in the body, especially during times of stress [28], [29]. a. To adequately treat stressed states and adrenal fatigue, use 2500–4000 mg/day in a sustained release to enhance absorption and minimise loss through excretion [30].
b. A pH balanced vitamin C helps avoid stomach irritation and mitigate tendency towards acidity in adrenal fatigue.
c. Bioflavonoids help enhance the antioxidant power of the ascorbic acid [31].
3. Other dietary supplements that are helpful include: a. Magnesium (citrate) – 400 mg before bedtime to promote sleep and relaxation.
b. Vitamin E (as mixed tocopherols) for its antioxidant properties in the adrenals and elsewhere [32].
c. Digestive aids to facilitate digestion, which is often compromised by stress.
4. To help balance HPA axis function, and promote evenness and calmness during the day, and sound sleep at night, I found four herbal tinctures work well together: a. Eleutherococcus senticosus.
b. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).
c. Maca (Lepidium meyenii).
d. Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra).
With implementation of this treatment protocol, my clinical experience has shown subjective improvement within 4–6 weeks, clinical changes within 8 weeks, and laboratory changes within 12 weeks. But feeling better and clinical improvements are not healing. It takes time to fully recover from adrenal fatigue and this must be explained to the patient. I have found that mild adrenal fatigue, with proper treatment, takes about 6 months; moderate, 1 year to 18 months; and severe, up to 2 years or longer. It is not that patients will continually feel bad during this time – most will, in fact, begin feeling better within a few weeks – but they must allow this much time to fully recover. The most beautiful thing is that patients can – and most will – fully recover if treated properly. “

>I suggest Vitamin B super complex, Vitamin D and L-methylfolate (along with everything else honestly) Some of these vitamins really do help with depression, especially D supplements. Vitamin D especially helps with seasonal depression in the winter time, which hit me really hard just before Thanksgiving.

>Also go on Amazon and look up "Genius Joy serotonin booster" The product has thousands of reviews and many of them are 4-5 stars. So I'm sure it works for depression. I'd try it out before going on anti-depressants, the side effects are horrible especially if you value your sexual functions.

Ok, here are a few recommendations. Disclaimer - you can spend a lot of money on supplements that may or may not work for you. I have done this, but I do not care, because every penny I have spent trying supplements was like one day's worth of dope to me. Your mileage may vary.

You may also want to check out this company's lions mane mushrooms.
Other supplements recommended by a friend I trust:
For the cold/hot flashes.. sweats and gooseflesh, find some Black Cohosh. It may be sold as an OTC menopause medication ... it's not just for women!! Black cohosh has been found to bind to the mu opiate receptors... but not enough to get you high as it's a partial agonist. It binds just enough to regulate your body's "climate control" For anxiety and stress you could try Kava Kava. This is sold as a tea (Yogi Stress Relief) or a tincture. Either works.. the tea tastes better and the tincture works faster and better in my opinion.
Another great supplement to take would be L-theanine. L-Theanine reduces glutamate, which is the main excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain. This blocking of glutemate and the increase of GABA, helps to ease the anxiety and stress response. L-Theanine also increases the amount of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. There are many studies you can read which support the use of L-theanine as a sleep/stress relief aid. You can find it in any store in the vitamin area... or.. you could drink several cups of black tea.

I just posted about BPC 157 and am probably going to try in myself.
There are many others, but these may be good starting points.
Because I'm getting older, I've been trying out various nootropics to help stop the old age brain rot, to tell the truth, I never really noticed any difference, but hey, I've got Amazon Prime, so.....
Then I discovered Genius JOY, it's got all kinds of beneficial mushrooms in it and I actually noticed a difference! I'd highly recommend it, here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/Genius-Joy-Serotonin-SAM-L-Theanine/dp/B0743J21SF/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1535653535&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=Genius+Joy&psc=1
Best of all, there's NO caffeine in the pills, so you get the up without the jitters!
