Anything can really be used as a bottle opener but I do have a Gerber Shard on my keychain. Opening boxes, screwdriver, bottle opener, can opener and mini-mini prybar. For $8.00, very useful tool for the keychain.
Gerber Shard
personally, im a big fan of the Gerber shard if your looking for a lightweight and cheap option https://www.amazon.com/Gerber-Shard-Keychain-Tool-22-01769/dp/B002ZK45IQ/ref=sr_1_2?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1524238981&sr=1-2&keywords=gerber+shard&dpID=31BHRgh7fNL&preST=_SX300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch
My luxury item(s): a DSLR, an extra (albeit small 50mm) lens, filter kit, and travel tripod. It takes up a lot of room and is not light, but to me it's worth it.
My unusual useful item: a Gerber Shard multitool. Mostly useful as a bottle opener, but the screw driver and wire stripper bits have been useful too. A carabiner clip on the outside of my bag has also proven to be very useful.
It's completely different, but I bought one of these while I was waiting for the bottlehook to become available and highly recommend it (it's also only $6 shipped and pretty functional):
It's actually just a little titanium "pry bar". They are basically used to pry things apart, pull nails, pull staples and just general things like that where you wouldn't want to bend/scuff/scratch your knife blade. I have quite a few pry bars and it all started with the Gerber Shard.
I've been a fan of my Gerber Shard.
Granted, I've never used the "wire stripper" and counting the "lanyard hole" as a function is absurd, I can attest that the others (small & medium flat drivers, philips head, pry bar, and the most used, bottle opener) all have come through when I've needed them (i.e. didn't have anything else readily available).
I've had a Gerber Shard on my keychain for the last few months and have found it to be incredibly useful.
I'm telling you right now, save ~$80 and get a Gerber Shard. I have one and it's phenomenal, especially price wise. At least consider it.
As for the wallet, that thing looks awesome. Thanks for linking it.
Yes, it is: amazon link
I have not had it very long, but the bottle opener works. I have not had to use any other feature yet. It feels like a strong tool for the size.
I love my Gerber Shard but that is pretty cool.
You may like the Gerber Shard if you haven’t seen it

I would recommend the Gerber shard. Awesome little device that I barely even notice on my keychain.
husband: track pant and matching sweat shirt
some cooking utensils from etsy
cadence capsules because he does short term weekend trips, but damn i really wanted these for myself lol i also got him a dopp kit from Everlane for traveling as well
this all purpose tool as a stocking stuffer because i feel like it's just kinda useful
Neither. And this is a Shard.
Nice carry! This is inexpensive and handy to have. Gerber makes a bunch of affordable prybars
Jesus, man. I'ma help you out - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002ZK45IQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Pa1Lzb2B5ZE1H
Lots of good knives but you shouldn't use them for screwdrivers and bottle openers. Carry something like this and save your knife. http://www.amazon.com/Gerber-Shard-Keychain-Tool-22-01769/dp/B002ZK45IQ
Gerber Shard or a Leatherman tool.
This is my favorite multi tool: http://www.amazon.com/Gerber-22-01769-Shard-Keychain-Tool/dp/B002ZK45IQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1433349141&sr=8-3&keywords=gerber+tool
So maybe this will be good too.
Knives are for cutting. Here you go.
If you are after a knife that generally feels great to use, I would discourage you from buying a knife with sundry attachments. They've always poked me when I try to use the knife. If you want additional functionality you could get a Gerber Shard or a Leatherman Brewzer. I would take a multitool attached to my Skyline (or other light knife of your choice) over a Shuffle unless you direly want to save cash.
I normally don't suggest this, but you might even want a knife with partial serration. It's terribly handy for cutting through lines.
A keychain prybar tool like the Gerber shard-- http://www.amazon.com/Gerber-22-01769-Shard-Keychain-Tool/dp/B002ZK45IQ, or one of the fancier titanium alternatives
"survival" pocket tool. straight from china. I have one as well. I haven't had any need to use it since I already have a Gerber Shard on my keychain, but I figure why not for just $1.
Just get a Gerber Shard for like $6
A few of the ones i'm looking at, still trying to figure out which one will work best for me. Also looking at Atwood tools but they are quite a bit more expensive and seem to be limited run type deals.
I have one of these on my keyring. Works good.

The Gerber Shard
The Gerber Shard is alright, or the widgy pry bars from County Comm.
Only $5.54 on Amazon.
My wife just bought me a Gerber Shard. It replaced my microtool as I don't use most of the features. It's not bad for $6, and it's extremely light.
The Gerber Shard. I use it almost every day.
Here's mine with a few additions inspired by this subreddit.
Items on my keychain:
Gerber Shard, a nice little pry tool although the bottle opener is kind of a pain to use.
Leatherman Style CS, a fantastic little multitool which honestly I use mostly to trim and clean my fingernails lol.
Fenix E05, a decent little light putting out something like 27 lumens.
Niteize S-biner #4, a nice little carabiner rated at 75lbs. I've used this in plenty of situations other than holding my keys which is why I keep it clipped only in 1 location rather than having multiple rings on it.
Keys/keyless entry
I see your utili-key and raise you a Gerber Shard.
