If you already have the holes drilled you might be able to find an appropriately sized push fastener like you would have in a fender liner. They're cheap to replace and pretty strong but subtle and you don't have to worry about further stripping.

I ordered one of these. It has a bunch of different sizes and found this useful given the amount of empty rivet holes that should’ve been filled
Tough to tell from the picture, but are you looking for these?

I’ve used these for everything from fender liners to trunk carpet. Does the job for $7.
I'm not sure how it is on your car those are often held together by these plastic trim fasteners:
They just snap on. Other times they are held by screws. Research your car or look at your other wheel wells and see how they are fastened. Some use screws. If the holes are plastic you could use epoxy to fix the tares. Otherwise if there is a good spot to do so use a couple of self tapping screws to fasten them back.

One of those should probably do it. You could try measuring the hole
Something along these lines. They're mostly universal.

I just went to my dealer and they gave me a handful for free.
Appreciate the help! I ended up getting these.
Go under your car and check it out. One of these probably broke. You'll just need to pull out the old one, align the hole from the plastic to the hole on your car's body and pop a new one in.

Without the year/make/model of your bike, it's a little tough to help, but I was able to get some replacements for my bike in a kit from Amazon. Do you need specific screws, or would reusable push-in rivets work?
Try searching for "auto rivets" and see if you can match up what you need. A dealer would charge you an arm & a leg for the exact thing, but auto/bike shops might have generic fasteners that could be close enough. Good luck.
Can you link me to some or lmk what keywords I should use?
Edit: These?
