I have a LOT of advice on this!! I have a pet rabbit whose favorite snack is a good ol' ethernet cable and favorite toy is the router. Here are some things that work for me!!

Get a cheap garden hose and cut it open to wrap around and reinforce the cable. This both prevents chewing but makes it a bit less likely to get knocked over
if it runs against the wall,get one of these. This is honestly a lifesaver and it cant get knocked or pulled.
Get anX-Pen or Small Pet Gate and wrap it around the area she keeps getting into if all else fails.
