So it cools the area, like it's not just cold lying on it? Or r u saying it's more efficient because it's cool ahen u lay on it like it cools your back off?

I was thinking metal frame with a cargo net and some springs to make a trampoline bed. Using this cargo net it makes sense, since the tarp part is what you'd sleep on:
