First, lower your sensitivity in-game. Whatever it is, unless you've taken the liberty to learn your DPI/Sens settings from somebody else, you'll likely want to play around with both until you're comfortable. DPI controls the "dots per inch" of your mouse, while in-game sensitivity is a multiplier to that value. So a DPI of 400 with 2.5 sensitivity (my settings), would be the same as 800 DPI and 1.25 sensitivity.
On console having a fast sensitivity is essential to turning on people behind you since you have to wait for your "head on a swivel". Assuming you have a large enough mousepad, with a lower sensitivity you should be able to comfortably turn around back and forth.
Soreness can be addressed with a wrist rest. I recently started having that problem and picked up this on amazon.

I've had a Filco Minila for the last few weeks. It feels awesome to type on, but it's my first mechanical keyboard and I find that the keys are quite high, causing a sharp angle in my wrist.
My previous keyboard was a fair bit lower. Anyway, now I'm starting to get consistent wrist pain. I use my keyboard a lot every day for work and for gaming..
How can I treat this wrist pain? I just plugged in my old keyboard because I don't want to risk some sort of strain injury.
Was considering a wrist pad like this: https://www.amazon.com/Glorious-Gaming-Wrist-Pad-Rest/dp/B00V5AXPTW It might bring my wrists up to more level with the keyboard so there's a less severe angle.
Maybe there's some "hand yoga" I should be doing?
Any thoughts appreciated. Pls help this old keyboard is horrible by comparison.

I hand wash mine when they start to get a little dirty.
Right here! Amazon
Maybe get a wrist wrest, I would suggest a hard wooden one like these or a soft foam one like this
One of your main complaints is the size/height of it. This could be off-put by some "shorter keycaps" as you have in some of your pictures. The 60% board could be your answer but I would still go for the shorter keycaps. You are probably looking for something of the DSA Profile. You could find some fancier sets like the Galaxy Class Set in your second album probably on /r/mechmarket in a few days once this group buy ships from massdrop (I have some coming in, I don't plan on selling it though.) or you could buy some from pimpmykeyboard (dont go on these links if you are on mobile they will not work) with legends; without legends; Dolch; Deep Space; Eve; Think Different.
If you are looking for something really flat (even flatter than the DSA profile) then these G20 Flat E-Sports Keycaps could do well for you DSA have indentations for your finger, G20 are completely flat. I prefer DSA, but to each his own.
Also I would suggest getting a wrist rest to help you balance out your hands. For a soft wrist rest I would suggest this one from amazon (if you want it to be a little cheaper get the TKL one or even the compact one, since your board is a weird size, TKL will probably be a bit too small for it and full sized will be a bit too big for it, and compact will probably only cover the alphas, so it is your decision on how much you want to spend and how much desk space you have to spare). Or maybe a Grifiti Fat Pad but there are many reports that the edges do fray after a while. For a hard wrist wrest I would suggest looking here on the wiki for them they are a bit more expensive but if you are looking for something hard, they are the way to go. Good luck!
