What is Reddit's opinion of GLOTRENDS 2 in 1 M.2 NVME Adapter Card and M.2 SATA SSD Adapter Card, Support 22110 Size (PA03)?

Yes I did. I used an M.2 SATA Samsung 860 EVO with this GLOTRENDS card. I plugged a SATA cable from the card into the Mobo and had to re-enable the SATA port I plugged it into in BIOS, since all but the DVD drive ports are disabled, which is likely what you need to do. I was using a BIOS version that was not the latest at the time, but the one right before latest.

Not sure if I'm looking at/for the right product or if there's a way for me to plug in both without having to buy anything else.
