I recently bought a home cooking cookbook by Gordon Ramsay. It is fantastic! Everything I’ve cooked from it is delicious. The majority of the recipes aren’t expensive to make, and he teaches you quite a few techniques as well.
$20. I don't know how people are taking this seriously.
It's cool that Gordon Ramsey is sending a fan a book but it's not like the guy couldn't have just found a similar recipe online.

I actually followed this video a few times. It's way more complicated than I expected.
I also have the eBook version of the TV show, but I still find it difficult to follow
Gordon Ramsay actually has a book that mirrors many of his youtube videos.
This is one of my all time favorite cookbooks, and would definitely be a good purchase for general home cook.

That looks great!
I'm making this tonight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_04b_Cmm5XY
The recipe is actually viewable in the "look inside" preview for his book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Gordon-Ramsays-Home-Cooking-Everything/dp/1455525251/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1408048975&sr=8-1&keywords=Gordon+Ramsay%27s+Ultimate+Cookery+Course

Nothing particularly special. Lot of lean meats, poultry, and fish, more vegetables that I could steam (I hate the taste of shit like cold broccoli, but steaming it makes it taste great). I bought a cook book from Gordon Ramsay, and while I haven't cooked anywhere near much of it in there, the recipes are really good and pretty healthy if you're willing to put in the time to make them. https://www.amazon.com/Gordon-Ramsays-Home-Cooking-Everything/dp/1455525251/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=Gordon+Ramsay+cookbook&qid=1598291235&sr=8-2
I followed this recipe, as well as following some outlines in Gordon Ramsay's Home cooking book. Everything went very smoothly up until the actual baking, I had to pop them back into the oven a few times to get the perfect medium rare.
