Eyepiece kits are usually not good.
It includes a 4mm and 6mm Plössl, which both have horrible eye-relief (making it difficult to view through at all, nearly impossible).
And for a manual dobsonian, a wide-angle eyepiece helps with finding and tracking.
Color filters can help to enhance contrast on planets, but you don't really need more than one.
Moon filters are nice, but at higher magnification, the moon is dimmed down anyway.
The 32mm shows a bit more field than a 25/26mm Plössl, but it won't show as large of a field than a 2" wide-angle eyepiece.
A Plössl costs $7 to $19 from ebay, China, and $18-$28 from the US.
Case: Well, at least it helps keeping organized. When observing, I keep my eyepieces in my pocket to prevent them from fogging up in the cold. Dust cap on, of course. :-)
TL;DR: Not really an overly great deal.

These two you posted seem to be pretty good
Should I be fine with just these two plus the 26mm that comes with it?
