No problem! Here's the link to the ones I specifically use. If I'm not wrong theae actually come with 2 Velcro Strips each (one sticks on the wall and the other onto the item itself) but I personally used Scotch Double Sided tape to stick it on there.
The Velcro would probably be better to use if it's a more permanent solution but I intended to upgrade her a bigger enclosure later down the road (actually here soon since this enclosure is actually broken) so I used the Double Sided Tape. I hope this helps!!

If you don't need Wi-Fi, these are Bluetooth and save 2 years of data, logged every minute Temp, RH% Dew Point and VPD. Only missing the light sensor, but has an actual display so no need to open an app every time for < $13

I purchased this and have been very happy with it! It takes about 12 seconds to update once the app is opened.
Get a thermometer and monitor the temperature. Ideally a thermometer that logs the temperature over time so you can watch the changes. I have one of these and so far its been working great.
I have some wine in a room in my basement where the average temperature is about 57 degrees Fahrenheit, and average humidity is 70%, at least at this time of year. I'll be keeping a closer eye on it when the weather warms up, but I'm comfortable with keeping it down there as long as the average temperature stays below 65 degrees in the warmest months. Granted I don't have any very expensive or rare bottles.
Wine has been stored passively for thousands of years and it was fine then, why shouldn't it be fine now (again, within reason and monitoring temps)?
Humira is good for like 1-2 weeks at room temperature, so I never really cared, but this might help you.

Cheap idea for the digital thermometer/ hygrometer

Not the guy you were talking too but I've been using this one and it's worked pretty well so far.
I’d recommend a bigger tank, you want the light on one side so that you have a hot side around 85-95 Fahrenheit and 75 on the other side. You’ll want a hide on the hot side and cool side, as well as one in the middle with paper towel or moss that you spray regularly to help with shedding. Im going to assume you got the thermometer at a pet store, and they are known to be inaccurate. I suggest this. It comes with two, so put one on both sides of the tank. It also shows humidity, which you want to be around 30-40. Next, you’ll want more clutter, as geckos get stressed in open environments. more plants/rocks/branches are good. As for the substrate it looks like you are using coconut fiber, which is something that is debated a lot on whether or not it’s good, but just to be safe I suggest biodudes terra sahara mix. also I think I see reptile carpet, you’ll want to get rid of that as it can build up bacteria and pull out your geckos claws. Having a bowl of calcium without d3 is also good to keep in the tank. When feeding, make sure to dust food with either a mix of multivitamins and calcium with d3, or use repashys calcium plus, as it has everything you need in just one bottle. For the lighting, I recommend using halogen bulbs, i use 50 watts, but if it gets too cold then go higher. If your house gets cold, then you could consider investing in Arcadia’s deep heat projecter, i recently got one and it’s great. If you use that, then get a lower wattage bulb or else it’ll get too hot. I use a 28 watt halogen bulb with a 50 watt deep heat projecter and the hot side is always at 93-95. Hope this helped :)
Thank you! The mat isn't available on Amazon unfortunately anymore, thats the only place I've found it. I just searched for weed for mat when I was looking for it though. My temp/humidity gauges I got from here.
I would invest in a new hygrometer. From what I've heard those analog ones aren't great.
I use a Govee hygrometer that has bluetooth connectivity. So I can monitor the temp/rh through the app without needing ever needing to open up the humidor. The one in my link comes in 2-pack and the slightly less fancy version is only a dollar less (depends on coupon savings).
The app is really useful because you can see high, low and average temp/rh; over the past hour, day, week, month and year.
Your welcome!! Govee Indoor Hygrometer... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0872X4H4J?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I use these Govee BT sensors and this BT dongle . I like them because they have a display and are pretty cheap. You will need to use the HACS integration.
I grow in a similar environment to you. Old small, squat basement with huge holes cut in the walls that lead to uninsulated crawl spaces. Note, I am only on my second grow ever but did a ton of reading and planning before hand.
I built a DIY grow tent designed to be larger than I need so it has space to put in extra equipment along the sides so I my heater and dehumidifier directly inside my tent. Light is a medic grow smart 8 I got on sale which has been a great light. Though current me would tell myself to save the 50 bucks or whatever and get the non digital version because the timer resets if you loser power which happens regularly for me over winter.
Heater wise, you want an cheap oil filled radiator because the heating element heats the oil which then radiates out to the room. I use mine combined with a digital outlet thermostat and probe to make sure that the heater runs when I want it to.
For smaller tents, you can buy some cheap tarp and duct tape and use that to build a small tent room around your actual tent. Just hang the tarp from the ceiling and tape whatever it overlaps. It doesn't need to be perfect. Then you can put your heater in that outer tent area which will give you a neutral area to pull air from.
The only thing I decided to insulate for mine is the floor. I build an air gap by creating a "subfloor" by laying down parallel 2x4s and putting some scrap lumber across that with a layer of insulation and a trap stretched taut over that. That helps keep the floor of my tent warmer than an unheated concrete floor.
I found that a controller is only useful if your tent is in a climate controlled area or you can guarantee venting your tent will actually help. IE if your tent vents because the humidity is set to vent at 50%, it will pull more cold dry air in which then lowers the temperature as well which creates a crappy feedback loop. Same thing for hot temperatures.
Instead, I found that just keeping my tent door slightly open was enough during veg to give some passive air intake and a heater with warm mist humidifier was enough to handle temp and humidity swings. During flower, I set it to the lowest setting and just let it on 24/7. That way I was getting some air exchange during flower when it matters the most and get a more consistent grow space.
Once we got into flower, I had to swap them both out for a dehumidifier. I bought a big one for the basement but found that it was basically impossible to keep it dry and cool enough. You could have to AC your basement in order for standard grow tent advice to work. But I planned for that ahead of time. You could probably put the dehumidifier outside of your grow tent to if you have issues. A lot of that is per basement so if you don't get moisture in your basement, you might be fine with dehumidifying it.
I found the dehumidifier running for the time I tested it basically doubled my electric costs versus my lights and electric oil heater.|

Humidifier: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-Warm-Mist-Humidifier-Filter-Free-1-2-Gallon-Visible-Mist-Black/929029413
Before making any major plans, you may want to buy a cheap bluetooth or wifi hygrometer so you can put it in your tent and see a chart of actual temperature and humidity changes over time. It also lets you see if what you are doing is helping or hurting.
I use this two pack and have on in the basement and in the tent so I can see if the issues in the tent might be linked. IE overnight humidity was spiking and triggering the controller to vent air which was bringing in more humid air. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0872X4H4J/

If you are interested in seeing the tent or grow, I document some of my first grow in a journal.
Well if your Odroid has a built-in Wifi and Bluetooth capability, then the first thing you could try, which would be low-cost, is to install the Bluetooth Integration, and buy a couple of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) temperature sensors to gather some data, which will then let you experiment with Recorder and other things:
https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Temperature-Notification-Hygrometer-Thermometer/dp/B0872X4H4J
https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Thermometer-Hygrometer-Bluetooth-Temperature/dp/B07R586J37
A lower-cost way to measure temp/humidity with HA is to use Bluetooth LE (BLE) sensors that will work without an additional receiver if HA is installed on a RPi or NUC which has a built-in Bluetooth receiver. And the HA Bluetooth Integration finds everything without any issues.
I have Govee BLE sensors inside, outside, in my attic, garage, in my fridge and in my freezer.
For indoor use the $13 model an LCD display work great:
https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Temperature-Notification-Hygrometer-Thermometer/dp/B0872X4H4J
For outdoor, attic, fridge and freezer, the $16 no-display version works great:
https://www.amazon.com/Govee-Thermometer-Hygrometer-Bluetooth-Temperature/dp/B07R586J37
I have a bunch of these set up.

I found a central location from which I should be able to signal to my hard to reach areas, but I haven't put in the time and effort to actually relocate the rpi that runs HA. Wireless isn't an option due to the way I have vlans configured on my network because HA actually resides on two vlans but can only connect to one SSID. I just need to spend the time drilling holes and running lines to relocate the rpi into a more central location.

You wanna get one of those sooner rather than later, as mentioned, I use Govee, but anything similar works. Don't get those heat gradient stickers, they're pretty sucky. A heat gun isn't a must, but its a huuuge help, I love mine.
Also, look into getting a thermostat too, for the heat mat. It'll help keep it the perfect temperature to avoid burned bellies. I'll put links below to what I personally use, but there are a ton of options for you to check out! :)
Govee Thermometer:
Thermostat:
these ones by govee are my favs 💞 2 for $25 so i put one on the cool side and one on the warm side.
i would say get a digital thermostat and hygrometer, amazon has govee ones that i love and you get 2 for $25. also a infrared thermometer is good to have to make sure your temps are accurate. for heat regulators i use a thermostat control plug which i also got on amazon lol as for hides, i would check out websites like dubiaroaches.com & mainly just avoid purchasing from large pet stores.
It's pretty easy if you don't mind giving your Location info in your phone to unknown Chinese companies. I personally do not care. The one downside is that not all of the devices are produced by one single company so I now had 3 apps I use to monitor and control stuff.
Bluetooth RH/Temp monitor << I LOVE these!! I have them all over and named them specific to their location/purpose - "Tent-Canopy Level, Closet-On Dirt, Drying tent. It shows complete trending history which is VERY cool when trying to fan setups or dialing them in. This is how I've been able to dial in the temps and CO2 PPM in my tent.
Meat Thermometer I use for my yeast fermentation goo. It's passive so I will be getting an Inkbird temp controller to turn the heating pad on and off. Right now it just yells at me when the temp has gone over the threshold I set for it.
Remote camera I use to check for light leaks. Shitty video quality but I'm filming in the dark looking for light so who cares?
Inkbird RH controller. I can remotely control both my humidifier and dehumidifier just by adjusting settings on my phone as well as just monitor. Alerts let me know when something is up.
Any other devices that need to be adjustable up/down or turned off/on can be done so with these.

Hope this helps! Work smarter; not harder.
Absolutely. You can get two Govee for $20 on Amazon.

I have two of these in each of my enclosures. They're usually spot on out of the box but there's a very easy calibration to be sure.
What zwave/zigbee humidity sensor are you considering? I haven't kept up with what's available.
Here is the bluetooth humidity sensor I was referring to - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0872X4H4J
Cool, for the sensors some one here on readdit recommended me this ones:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0872X4H4J?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Cool, some one else suggested govee sensors on reddit, i ordered this ones and got them working with the app (https://imgur.com/a/dXzdkwb). What model of govee sensors do you use ?
I've got a humidifier, im working on a easy way to set rules, for example: "if humidity under 40: turn on humidifier"
My ambassadorship has no impact on the following statements. This is all my personal opinion.
Govee does make them with their own screen. Here's a link:
Govee's products aren't all cheap. Govee is making products in the $70 range, and is working on the Lyra, which will be about $100. I don't consider that to be cheap.
Yeah. I was 'bought off' to work with Govee. I enjoy using their products.
Yeah. They are made in China.
Amazon can deliver to an Amazon Locker location, which means that you don't have to give them an address.
Also, you can enter as your email, and Govee will accept it. I also use the site 10minutemail.net to get temporary email addresses. Works great.
I personally don't think that Govee is doing data mining, though. I don't know it for a fact, though. And if they are, they're using it to improve their products, and make a better experience for the consumer. Same as Amazon.
Additionally, what data do they have to mine? Your email address?

I've had good luck with the Govee bluetooth ones from Amazon. $8-10 a pop, cheaper when they go on sale. No hub but you need to be able to expose BT to HA.
