I have mine under a grow light near an eastern window. Even with that it started to get leggy. I moved the light closer even though I was worried it’d be too strong. It’s not, she’s much happier now and less leggy. It almost touches the light bulbs. I have progress photos on my profile.

Also as another person said - you have to rotate them. Even though mine is under a grow light it still stretches a little unevenly and I rotate it about a quarter turn a day.

I honestly have to wait till I get my bill to tell you lol, I’ve just been making estimates via google and my wattage. It’s true I am at an “at any cost” level of gardening, but it’s satisfying. It’s this one. Honestly I’m really happier with it for the price.

I started them off in a DIY grow box for the 1st 3 weeks with a CFL grow bulb. After that I upgraded them to the light they have now(linked below) that is working really well. Almost too well as I have recently had to back the light off cause the leaves were curling. I am potting up today and putting in a grow tent with a decent LED light. Super excited!

i find that it works super well!!! my plant also gets some indirect and direct sunlight though for a couple hours a day! I just have that added light for quicker growth and i leave it for 14hrs of the day!

Fwiw I am preeeetty certain the 180W figure is output, not draw. If you look at comparable lights on amazon many of them do mention "output", eg https://www.amazon.com/Spectrum-Extendable-Function-Four-Heads-Succulent/dp/B08P1QS4VT. An actual 180W drawing lamp like this would be an outlier.

I hate that Amazon grow lights are so shady :/ And they rarely ever disclose the stuff that actually matters (PAR). So hard to compare lights when none of the figures are standardized.
