GSI Creos PS-289. 80$ on Amazon, or 120$ on SprayGunner (assuming you're in the US)

Iwata Eclipse HP-CS is also a standard beginner recommendation, and that's what I started with, however Iwata makes the brushes for Mr Hobby and you get similar performance at essentially half the cost.

Unless you have tried both and prefer the gun trigger, I would go with a standard top mounted dual action trigger. The GSI Creos PS-289 is a popular beginner choice. Review.

Personally I use a disposable glove on the hand that is holding the model.
It's easier as a beginner to use thinner than to try and mix your own. Tamiya X-20A is a good choice, and can often be found locally cheaper than Amazon.
A spray booth is a good investment.
