Probably not exactly this but close. Sizing is really weird. I bought a size L and it fits like a very slim medium. I'm 5'8" 150lbs semi-athletic wide shoulder. I would suggest getting a size XL (to compensate for asian sizing and shrinkage) if you normally wear medium and are similar to my build.
