I would recommend getting a Haakaa from Amazon $12.99 I think. It uses suction and can relieve the pressure without emptying your breast, so your brain won’t get signaled to increase your supply.

Have you tried using a haakaa? It suctions onto your breast and gathers milk from your let down. So when you breastfeed, you put it on the side the baby isn’t currently using. It’s a really good way to stockpile some bottle feeds, without risking creating and oversupply.
I could usually get an ounce or so per feed. You can combine several sessions to get enough for a bottle, then freeze. Just make sure that the milk is the same temp when combining. So if you already have a container of milk in the fridge, let the new milk cool before adding it to the container. You can leave in the fridge for several days before you need to freeze.
The Haakaa Manual Breast pump, if you plan on breastfeeding. It catches the milk from the other breast while your LO nurses. No more losing that liquid gold all over your shirt/bra. Because, you’re pulling milk out by simple suction on one side, you are also boosting milk production! Serious, lifesaver! Only 12.99 on Amazon!

When I was breastfeeding at home I would attach a Hakaa to the other side so I would get a couple ounces passively and just save what I caught there. I built up a nice little extra stash that way.
Have you tried a haakaa? Just put on the other breast when feeding to catch let down and you can typically get an ounce or so and feed LO that after each feeding if you are concerned. Does she stay on the same weight curve?

Have you tried a Haakaa pump? I’ve never used one myself but I know a bunch of people who swore by it. You attach it to the other breast while you nurse the baby, and all the milk that would normally end up in a breast pad goes into the little pump bottle. Even if you don’t have freezer space, breast milk can be stored in the fridge for at least a few days. This way you can provide some breast milk along with the formula if you really want to.
It’s a one piece silicone pump that works by initiating a siphon. You squeeze it and stick it on and it starts your let down. It took some time to get it right so it didn’t turn my nipple purple, but I was able to get so much more milk!! I also found it really helpful while feeding, because it would catch everything from the breast not in use.

Try a haakaa. Put on one breast while feeding from the other especially during early morning feeds. Some women can get a few ounces this way—enough for a bottle / day to freeze or use in 4 days refrigerated.

its a manual breast pump, i prefer it because i can just suction it onto my boob and it’s one piece so i dont have to wash a bunch of pump parts

Both of my babies were quick and efficient nursers as well! If baby is happy and gaining weight, he should be a-ok.
If you’re breasts still feel full or if they feel uneven, you could try using the Haakaa on the opposite breast baby is feeding from. You’d be surprised how much milk this thing will catch! It’s quick and easier than dragging out an electric pump and totally hands free.
My little one is 2 weeks old. I'm leaking like crazy. I use a haakaa on one boob and then get babe latched to the other boob. I usually catch 20-40ml of milk and I can save it for later or freeze it. I put it on the other boob when we switch also. It's seriously the best thing ever and no wasted milk!

You can get the actual Hakaa or a similar brand on Amazon that includes a stopper and lid!
I couldn't live without the Haakaa manual breast pump...it's the best thing for catching let down while only pumping on one side. Worth Every Penny: https://www.amazon.com/Haakaa-Breast-Manual-Silicone-Breastfeeding/dp/B07CWK4S5W
My insurance only covers 1 breast pump, ameda finesse, which does the job, so I use it upon returning to work. This time around I wanted to try something a bit 'better' to see if I could sqeeze some more milk out of me. A lot of my girlfriends used the Spectra and raved. I actually purchased this at a second hand store in OBX, Rock-A-Bye Baby, but you can purchase anywhere: https://www.spectrababyusa.com/store/s2plus/
I also felt with Baby #1 I was wasting milk by transferring from bottle to bag. I did a bunch of research and talked to mom's who used the Kiinde System, so am trying it this go round. I'm super excited about it. https://kiinde.com/
We were gifted the Graco DuoGlider ( https://www.amazon.com/Graco-2000709-DuoGlider-Percy/dp/B01MTM3HAW ) with Baby #1 and she loved it. Refused to sleep anywhere else for the first bit. So it's set up next to the rocker for Baby #2.
I purchased the rocker from a very nice man on OfferUp whose wife no longer needed. The turtle is a touch light that I've had forever, originally from Target, and I've always used it as a type of night-light. The baby blanket was made for me as a baby by my father, so it's totally being passed down.
Maybe try a hakaa on the side you are not using. It helped me with getting the extra supply out and is really easy to use! They're pretty cheap on Amazon (there are a lot of other brands too - just search for hakaa) [link]
Here's a video that shows how to use it. It really is easy! [link]
I also had a C-section and I have been using the football hold almost exclusively for the last 3 months!
