As far as correct lug width, Amazon's measurements are notoriously dubious. WatchSleuth says 19mm, while other sites say 22mm, so it's hard to tell; best way would be to measure it yourself.
For a nice leather strap, it's hard to go wrong with a Hadley-Roma band - these are available in a ton of different styles, colors, and widths, while being relatively affordable and well-made. I'd also suggest doing a quick eBay search as I've stumbled across some pretty great deals on cool straps every so often.
