If you make these a lot I recommend one of these. Breakfast Sandwich Maker
Have you tried the Hamilton Beach breakfast sandwich maker? I know Alton Brown hates it but I love mine and have used it for years. Hamilton Beach 25475A Breakfast Sandwich Maker https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EI7DPOO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_kfIYCb1QN21QG
Gotta get one of these sumbitches and have it do all the hard work for you at the same time.
(Disclaimer: My girlfriend's aunt owns one and uses it solely as a novelty when she entertains. She says it's otherwise pretty horrible.)

That's hilarious/brilliant! I am not showing my 11 yr old that, he'll want one. My making it easy tip is to make and cook a load of sausage patties and freeze. You can get little egg size frying pans, I think I got mine in a pound shop or Lidl.
I tried one of those breakfast sandwich machines (https://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-25475A-Breakfast-Sandwich/dp/B00EI7DPOO) and I was shocked to find that it actually works. I longer pre-make and freeze breakfast sandwiches, but instead, their constituent parts. Canned biscuits and English muffins both freeze very well.
Costco has large packs of English muffins on offer. They also have Canadian bacon. I gallon bag and freeze the muffins. I lay the bacon out on a cookie sheet (layers seperated by silpats) and freeze. Once frozen, put the Canadian bacon back together in a gallon bag for storage. Costco also sells frozen sausage patties.
Defrost any of these for 45 seconds in the microwave (30 seconds for the bacon). Assemble on pre-heated sandwich maker. (English muffin or biscuit bottom, cheese on top, with edges folded in. Meat on this. Egg goes on egg plate, and then top with muffin or biscuit top. 4-5 minutes in the machine. Perfect Egg McMuffin, Sausage McMuffin,Sausage McMuffin with egg, or sausage biscuit.
And for a bonus - kaiser rolls if you want to be a purist (but English muffins work too) + costco sausage + SBR BBQ + pickles + onion slivers == at home McRib.
All the unhealthy MCDs eats without the cost or commute...
A few years ago I got a breakfast sandwich maker for my birthday - used it a bit, but let it linger on the shelf (like so many other kitchen gadgets). I've recently brought it back out...and why did I ever stop using it!? Nothing beats a breakfast sandwich to start the day, especially one youve made yourself however you like.
Make them fluffy, let them cool before freezing and put them in the fridge to thaw the night before you eat them. I use a little breakfast sandwich cooker like this with just whisked eggs in the top and bottom. You end up with two decent-sized fluffy egg pucks. I pop them in the microwave for 25-35 seconds and they come out perfect and delicious.
If you have room for this, it is small and it is AWESOME. My husband loves this. They make a double one too. Makes the perfect breakfast sandwich. Anyone reading this there’s a small counter top appliance that makes these in less than 5 minutes. I got one for Christmas last year and I use it almost every day. 10/10
Office supplies in her favorite color. A card with a handwritten message in it. Take over one or more of her responsibilities, especially morning things and cooking. I got my brother-in-law a breakfast sandwich maker so he’ll always have time for a hot breakfast; he loves it. https://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-25475A-Breakfast-Sandwich/dp/B00EI7DPOO/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=breakfast+sandwich+maker&qid=1606890694&sr=8-4
I bought a breakfast sandwich maker on amazon. I've been told that this is something sold on TV - don't know (don't have a TV).
We're several days into the Christmas holidays with grown kids visiting. Every morning, hot breakfast sandwiches (5 minutes for one); my only problems with the appliance: I need two so I can produce more at once, and it must be unplugged when not in use (I'm always afraid I will forget that...)
There is a version that makes two sandwiches at once but who knew this thing would work so well that I would WANT to make two at a time?
Let's be honest. Egg Mcmuffins are amazing! Problem is, before the the egg sandwich maker came out, I couldn't figure out how to make the egg the way mcdonald's did.
Now, I read online that if you used a tuna can, you could get the same shape and texture. So the previous night, I made a tuna fish sandwich and cleaned the can.
Next morning, I put the can onto the stove, cracked an egg...and the kitchen pan caught fire.
In hindsight, years later, I probably should've removed both top and bottom of the tuna can and not just the top. The metal on metal started a small fire, scarring a pan I simply killed the removed the heat source, and tossed some water onto the flame.
I think I said fuck it and went to McDonald's afterwards.
Just get one of these
Seriously a game changer, makes a breakfast sandwich fresh in two minutes with whatever ingredients you want, best Christmas gift I’ve ever received!
Yup, I make a breakfast sandwich almost every day! (I'm having one right now!). I use this: http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-25475A-Breakfast-Sandwich/dp/B00EI7DPOO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454548761&sr=8-1&keywords=hamilton+breakfast+sandwich+maker
English muffin, cheese, and a little deli turkey on the bottom, and then an egg, the rest of the slice of cheese, and the other half of the English muffin on the top. Cook for 4-5 minutes and you're good!
I'm not sure if this is the type of solution you're looking for, but I love my breakfast sandwich maker. I got it as a gift and at first I thought it was kind of cheesy and I wouldn't use it much, but it's stupid easy and consistent. You let it heat up for a minute or two, put in the ingredients, and in 3-4 minutes you have a breakfast sandwich to go.

America.
of course!!
i do buy those english muffins though to make breakfast sandwiches sometimes
i’ll use the 100 cal english muffins, a butterball turkey sausage patty (45 cals each), velveeta sliced cheese (35 cals for a slice but i usually use half) & some egg whites (a serving is 46 grams for 25 cals... i usually do somewhere between 25-35 depending on how much i pour out)
ends up around 175 cals with half a slice of velveeta & 27 grams of egg whites.
i have this breakfast sandwich maker so i just put everything in there. but any circular mold (such as a mason jar lid or circle cookie cutter) would work in a pan to get your egg whites circular shaped)
I have this one. It's good not great. Making it all separately still tastes better. https://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-25475A-Breakfast-Sandwich/dp/B00EI7DPOO
It's part of a breakfast sandwich maker.
Hmm ... I fugured I’d need one of these to kick my McDonald’s breakfast habit. The answer was in my kitchen the whole time.
I swear by this breakfast sandwitch maker. Takes 2 min of work and 4 min wait. Always thought it was ridiculous until I got one as a gift. It gets daily use.

Not at all! I like to scramble them into eggs, or tuck them in an omelette with cheese. Or for a healthy, yummy breakfast on the go, you can add them to a breakfast sandwich. The Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich maker is super easy to use, and great with frozen vegetables. I got this breakfast sandwich maker as a gift. At first it seemed like a kind of silly appliance but I actually love it! It takes me about a minute to put the ingredients in and then you just set the timer for 5 minutes. Canadian bacon or ham is easy and requires no extra prep, or you could make a batch of bacon to use all week. Breakfast sandwiches are a staple in my house, but I love our gadget:
It will make me a tasty sandwich for 350 calories:

It cooks the egg in 5 minutes after preheating. I add in a frozen English muffin, frozen bacon, and cheese--and yum!
