I use this hand warmer. It takes about a minute to warm up, but it lasts for a couple hours at full blast. Gets nice and warm too. Oh, and this baby holds a charge forever. I turned mine on the other day for the first time in 6+ months, and it still was half charged! Plus, it’s only $20, and doesn’t produce trash like hot hands.
