If you post the doll you have (link to site or B-W-H measurements) I can help more then telling you, women's petite cloths in xxxs to xs nothing larger, unless it runs small. Example: This shirt's smallest size is S at 34-35inc bust and this shirt's bust is 35-36inc for a S but it has XXS 31-32inc bust, and both shirts run "true to size" Only other option is teens/kids clothing, but it's best to go by the measurements.
