I've been using Repel's "Dry" spray and it works quite well (plus it really is dry so I'm not sticky) but I still smell like bug spray. :-/
I tried Swamp Gator (www.amazon.com/Swamp-Gator-Natural-Insect-Repellent/dp/B0048F3N8E/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF80) and was pleased with the scent. It's deet-free but it' wet and doesn't last long at all.
How long does it last? Is it wet/sticky or does most of it evaporate?
I mentioned elsewhere that I've tried Swamp Gator (www.amazon.com/Swamp-Gator-Natural-Insect-Repellent/dp/B0048F3N8E/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8). It's deet-free and is a combination of essential oils. It smells wonderful but didn't last very long. It's also really wet.
If tea tree oil has staying power, I'd love to try it. (I wonder if using Dr. Bronner's Tea Tree Oil soap would work.)
