Best sensor on the market, not certain of its weight, though.
My favorite mouse at he moment, and my current daily driver. 3360 is what sold me, still getting used to the shape though :/ https://www.amazon.com/HV-MS735-12000DPI-Programmable-Optical-PMW3360/dp/B01DW2VQ5A/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1520301778&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=havit+hv-ms735&psc=1
oh
If that were in the post my comment would've been different.
I have a full razer setup right now so I'm obviously biased towards the Naga (I'd go chroma because I'm a slut for LED's)
The G600 by Logi is like $120 cheaper and fulfils your requirements.
This is a really cheap mouse with 19 buttons, adjustable DPI ((500/1000 (default)/1500/ 2000/4000/8000/12000) and allegedly has 16 million colours. I've never tried it but the reviews are very good (4.5 stars/200+ reviews) and it has an optical sensor if you play FPS games.
Honestly DPI doesn't matter that much as you can change sensitivity in basically every game so if I were you I'd just stay at 500 or 1000 and then adjust cursor sensitivity a bit in whatever games you play.

I've actually used it for a year and I love it. The only thing I would complain is the way how they positioned the buttons on the side, it's a bit awkward because I only use all of them except the middle row and the back. My left click was also registering two clicks instead of one sometimes and I tried to replace the switch (uses Omron switches) and I failed to do so and I've got a broken gaming mouse. Now I am using an old Logitech G600 which I can tell a massive difference between them, this logitech mouse is a piece of shit.
No personal experience, but on paper the HAVIT HV-MS735 seems like a nice MMO mouse. It uses a high end 3360 optical sensor rather than a laser sensor like the Naga has which has inherent acceleration properties. It's cheaper too. Worth a consideration at least:

You might want to consider the Havit HV-MS735, $35 from Amazon. Normally I would never recommend a Havit mouse, but this one apparently has a top-of-the-line PMW3360 sensor. Havit may be stepping up their game because this is the first time I've seen them put a non-crap sensor in any of their mice.
Corsair Scimitar PRO RGB or Steel Series Rival 500. Those are the only MMO/MOBA mice I'm aware of that are using optical sensors. Razer, Roccat and Logitech are still using lasers in theirs.
EDIT: I take that back. Apparently Havit has released an MMO/MOBA mouse using a PMW3360. Havit typically only sells cheap, crappy mice. For them to be offering something with a 3360 in it is somewhat amazing. Havit HV-MS735.
Huh, the mouse I have (Havit Magic Eagle) lets me remap every single button freely.
I use this mouse. It's cheap and actually very reliable. The program you have to download from the website though. All around, would buy again if you are on a budget.
the top sensor is the PMW3360 and its variants (3361 / owl-eye / 3366 / 3389 / truemove3, etc)
If you want an MMO layout, you could take a look at:
this one might be a lot better than either of those, and cheap-ish too.

If you play at 400 dpi, it's a no go.
Why dont you buy a multi-button mouse?
I like the side buttons for MMO's as well, but am also a cheapskate. I just opted for this mouse, but don't receive it until tomorrow so can't provide my impressions. A very similar cheap mouse, this one by Utech was actually well reviewed -- but I found numerous mentions of trojans in the driver set, which was very dissuading. That said, I did multiple virus engine scans against both current driver sets, directly from the vendor, and found no current infections -- so they are likely both fine, but it was a deal breaker for me on the Utech mouse.
Just providing some other options beyond the standard Razer/Logitech/etc recommendations!
