You might investigate getting an under desk or wall mount for your headphones — it’ll keep them out of your way when you’re not using them and reduce visual clutter when you’re not at your desk. I got this for $6 for my partner and it’s great: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H4NP82V/

Looks great, only thing I would suggest would be some headphone hangers. I just got one of these off of amazon and have been really happy with it.
