I used those and they are good but they are too expensive. Replaced with the Blue Nexcare Sensitive Skin Tape and one roll lasts forever and is much cheaper. I also use in combination with this chinstrap and they solved my issue:

I'm no doctor but while your symptoms are common for gastritis, rapid weight loss is a concerning symptom of what could be a more serious condition. I would check with a gastroenterologist asap to rule it out. Also I had aerophagia and these two items combined remediated the issue:

Plus the blue nexcare sensitive skin tape for the mouth (you can buy at Target or Walmart). But if you have acid reflux be very careful you don't want to die of stomach acid lung aspiration. Consult you doctor.
