Bought the horns off of Amazon then I used some extra wire and fixtures that were laying around the garage! I'll put a link to the horn set I bought. But this is my 2016 crosstrek that's I've owned for about two months and I love it! HELLA (3AG 003 399-801) Supertone 12V High Tone/Low Tone Twin Horn Kit with Bracket https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000CRZXPI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Hp6WAbFFJ7W96
I installed these a little while ago. They are aptly named, and are several orders of magnitude louder than the stock horns. The tone separation turns heads as well, as it's a very different ordinal than factory horns - a fifth down from the top note (E3-C4 to use notation).
What /u/pimpbot666 said about the ground wires is absolutely correct. You'll have to make two wires, so make sure you have some red spade connectors and yellow ring terminals handy. I used 10awg wire because that's what I had lying around but they're fed with two 18awg wires at most, so a 14ga wire would work fine. 16 would probably work fine too, but I like to oversize my grounds because I'm a nerd.
Prius brakes are so rarely used, I believe the rotors are good to go for the life of the chassis. And the only way to warp them is by sideways collision. Although if you want to upgrade them – by all means do it. Kinda pointless without upgrading the calipers, but whatever floats your boat…
Hellas can be found here, for example. You'll need a piece of aluminum (about a dollar at any hardware store) to make a mounting bracket, as included brackets are too short.
I use these in my 2004 MX-5: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CRZXPI/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have them mounted facing forward in the front air entrance. They're loud enough to get the job done ...the OEM horns are sad!
Got two. Duel tones, one does a high pitch and one does a lower pitch.
I'm pretty sure this is the one I bought: HELLA 003399801 Supertone 12V High Tone/Low Tone Twin Horn Kit with Bracket https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000CRZXPI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_CIBWzbM36B7E0
That's actually a really good price for them too.
2014 here also. I rarely use my horn, so it isn't a huge deal to me, but I agree it's very weak. I've considered going with these: Hella horn.
Not too expensive, and would be a fun little project. I think these are one of the most common that people upgrade to.
Hella Supertones, like the other guy said. I have them on my NA, they're awesome. A ton louder and attention getting than the stock "meep meep" horn they came with, even though mine are in the stock horn location behind the bumper.
Hella horns are nothing to laugh at. Mine are loud, and im in a helmet... and theyre mounted ahead of me, pointing forwards, still loud.
My supertones are used almost exclusively for cabs. That, or idiots doing insane things around the Tim Horton's at Marion and Archibald (which should be deemed a public safety hazard and closed).

I want these on all my cars.
This is a worthy upgrade for any car with wimpy stock horns: https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-Protective-3AG-003-399-801/dp/B000CRZXPI
These are the ones I bought and installed.

I think these are them:
Hella dual tone Very very loud but does push near the max amps of the circuit.
I got them from Amazon. It looks like they just went up in price. You can also get a good deal on ones with damaged packaging if you go to other sellers. Mine had some paint damage to one of the guards, but I was planning on painting them anyway. Subiemods also has them in other colors if you want something other than red.
you didn't specify you wanted OP ones, you should be more specific... here is an amazon link for Hella Supertones.

Swap in Hella Supertones. Put them on my girlfriend's 91 Miata and the results were amazing.

I upgraded my 2014 to a “hella horn”. Also known as a traffic blaster. Amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-Protective-3AG-003-399-801/dp/B000CRZXPI/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=Hella+horn&qid=1633309699&sr=8-3

They are ok - the pitch is a little higher than I’d like.
It’s these things! Pretty easy to install but they just took a while.
I’ve got https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000CRZXPI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_ZzLfAMNornK7I on my spitfire. They are quite loud.
Loud enough to startle the shit out of 'em when they fuck up, and easy enough to wire yourself in half an hour
Get some Hella, Super Tones. Everyone will hear the damn train horn from hell.
My horns were only $30. I gotta fight semi trucks every day on my commute, so this is the only thing they sometimes pay attention to.
I use these and they seem to get the job done very efficiently.
Subaru drivers seem to like these
Get yourself a set of Hella Supertones:
https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-003399801-Supertone-High-Bracket/dp/B000CRZXPI
They come in pairs, but you can mount just one if you want. They are extremely loud, and if you mount the pair they are tuned to a dissonant interval so they purposefully make a really annoying sound.
Hella also makes a dedicated set of "motorcycle" horns which are a little smaller: https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-012588011-Motorcycle-Universal-Fit-Set/dp/B01EG18SDE/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_263_lp_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=F6JF3MW6J3JSQYHZVZA0
I've never used those, and don't know much about them.

Q: How many amps do they draw? A: 2 x 66w = 132w or11 amps.
Looks like Hella Supertones (aftermarket horns).
Actually they're aftermarket horns haha https://www.amazon.com/HELLA-003399801-Supertone-High-Bracket/dp/B000CRZXPI

More than a decade ago, I had a set of Hella triple trumpet air horns like this.
http://www.shopatlow.com/Hella-Hella-Trumpet-Air-Horn-Kit-Horn-59-deal-4w-44472.html
More recently I had a set of Hella Supertones like this.
http://www.amazon.com/Hella-SuperTone-Horn-Kit-118/dp/B000CRZXPI
They're both rated at 118db - in real world use the air horns might be a tiny bit louder. I remember them louder, but that might be old man hearing.
The supertones are way easier to integrate into a small car. They don't have the classic air horn sound, but they're loud and very small compared to the air horns.
Both are much much louder than any factory horn. Highly recommended.
I was wondering too and googled a few of the mods he listed below, looks like they're Hella Supertones
I know they've got the Subaru stigma attached to them, but Hella's SuperTone horns are an amazing upgrade for not a ton of money.
Step one: Buy these: http://www.amazon.com/Hella-SuperTone-Horn-Kit-118/dp/B000CRZXPI
Step two: Install in front bumper, facing forward
Step three: Honk/flash high beams to get people to move. 118 deb of fury is like the parting of the red seas. It's amazing. :D
