Personally, I've had great luck with the Rock non-stick pans. https://www.amazon.ca/Heritage-Rock-2-Pack-Fry-Pans/dp/B01M1S57ZM
They lasted me a good 5 years of regular use until my wife started cooking with them. She's a little rougher with them and the latest set only lasted 2 years. I'm fairly certain that with proper care they would have lasted 10 years.
We've now got cast iron and are considering carbon steel as both seem to be reliably non-stick with good technique and they're near indestructible.
All our pots are stainless. u/DMG1 makes very good points about different materials for different uses.
