A T post popper like this is really effective. The chain accessory is only for larger posts like 4x4. It has a built in bracket for catching the metal studs on the post. Might find a cheaper one, or find one locally at a farming store like Tractor Supply. Also might want a scrap piece of wood or brick etc. underneath if it sinks into the ground. Have used this for years with t posts for fencing and pulling small saplings. https://www.amazon.com/Hi-Lift-Jack-PP-300-Post-Popper/dp/B0017T3P28/
Post popper seems like a good option here. $75 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Hi-Lift-Jack-PP-300-Post-Popper/dp/B0017T3P28

The farm jack is the same price and the base stays better when you are pulling up. Sometimes the post poppers will sink in the ground if it's wet. They work great though just slow. If you had a tractor with a front end loader and another person you can do it in not time.
Sure! Here is the amazon link.
I don't know if the chain is included, so you might want to make sure you have one available to use.
