I am a stomach sleeper too and usually hate pillow so I didn't really want to get a pregnancy pillow. A wedge pillow like this one https://www.amazon.com/hiccapop-Pregnancy-Maternity-Pillows-Support/dp/B01KG84CLI worked for me.
One of the things most excited about when this baby is out is sleeping on my stomach again.
My daughter does this and gets so mad after awhile she starts to cry and ends up bouncing her face on and off her mattress which makes her even more mad which creates more tears and you get the point. I started putting my pregnancy wedge under the side she rolls over on the most. Solved the problem…till she started rolling on her other side. So I added another pregnancy wedge on that side. I know, I know. No pillows, blankets, toys and all the other BS you’re not supposed to put inside their sleep area but it’s either this or let her cry in a constant pool of her tears. Anyways, there’s a small pregnancy wedge on either side of her and I keep them close enough together that she sits on top of both. She’s not able to roll over now but occasionally she wiggles herself up past them. I don’t think there’s a way to stop them from rolling over once they start.

I don't like pregnancy pillows and instead just use like 3. I hug one, sleep on a side sleeper memory foam and have a big one in between my leg. As belly grows, I'll use this wedge pillow again too.
This pillow changed my sleeping - high recommend! I use it to prop up my back sometimes too as I’m a back sleeper !

I tried everything and the best turned out to be a throw pillow or small wedge pillow tucked under my hip. So simple.

I tried those giant u-shaped pregnancy pillows and large 2 PC wedge pillows and they didn't do anything for me.
This pregnancy pillow wedge has been a game changer. And easy to transport from the bed to the couch. Doesn’t take up a lot of room either. Supports my belly and relieve so much pain and uncomfortableness. I also will put a normal pillow between my knees as well if I need it. Cheaper than pregnancy pillow. I tried a full body pillow top but it’s just bulky and hard to get comfy. I find I really need to support in my bump more than anything.

I bought this one too. I’m 35 weeks and while it helped a lot in the second trimester while I was adjusting to not sleeping on my back or stomach anymore (learning to sleep on my side has been an issue for me).
Now that my belly is much bigger and I’m in the third trimester. I’ve been using my U shaped pillow, with the detached part under between my knees and then a friend gifted me a Hiccapop pregnancy wedge which is a LIFESAVER, especially since my belly popped and now I definitely need that extra support specifically under my belly that the U shaped pillow just doesn’t provide too well.
My bed and pillow situation is a whole setup 😅
Edited to add link: Hiccapop pregnancy wedge
I skipped the Snoogle because it just seemed to big for my bed. I did order a memory foam wedge pillow from Amazon at the beginning of the week (see below) and it's supposed to arrive today so I'll report back!
You could use a big binder under a pillow in a pillow case. Or I found this pregnancy wedge pillow here that's certipur certified. Might be smaller than you're wanting though.
It’s honestly way too much. But essentially the pregnancy pillows have just become incline pillows. 😂 Pretty much the solid incline saved me (the pregnancy pillows essentially made it so it feels more like an arm chair in the bed.. 😂 and the hiccapop is a lovely wedge the supports my twin bump)
Probably the hiccapop wedge is the biggest recommendation I have. :) Pretty darn good deal also for how much it helps.
Hope you get a set up that works for you soon!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
My hips only feel good if I angle myself so I'm almost on my back. Putting a big fluffy pillow or propping myself up against my partner is like my back sleeper cheat code - it allows my hips to be flatter but doesn't put pressure on my back nerve. To do this, you'll need a wedge pillow under your bump - placed right under your torso. I got this semi firm one on Amazon - hiccapop - and it's been good to me as my bump has gotten heavier. Also - pillow between the legs, obvs. I use my old pregnancy body pillow for this, since the c-shape started to mess with my neck.
My baby was also super active when I’m on my side and it would keep me up. I bought this pillow wedge from Amazon (link below) that lets me lie on my back while not being completely flat. It’s my favorite and as I got bigger, it really helped to have the wedge tucked under my belly for more support when I do get to laying on my side.
I was going through the same issue. My belly would pull on my hips when sleeping on my side and result in some serious pain in both. My SIL got me one of these and it has been amazing! https://www.amazon.com/hiccapop-Pregnancy-Maternity-Pillows-Support/dp/B01KG84CLI
This under my bump https://www.amazon.com/hiccapop-Pregnancy-Maternity-Pillows-Support/dp/B01KG84CLI and a fluffy pillow between my knees with half of my u shaped pregnancy pillow behind me has taken all of the pressure off of my hips. That little wedge is amazing and I drag it all over the house with me :D
I tried several and hated how firm/bulky they were. A knee pillow and this solved all my problems. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KG84CLI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_CM9TDT09ZGKVZQK6RQ37?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
So, we went through 3 different body pillows before my wife settled on a combination of small memory foam wedge pillows, to support her bump and between her legs, and then a smaller softer pillow for her back.
What she bought off Amazon: hiccapop Pregnancy Pillow Wedge
She was looking forward to the body pillows but they just didn't fit her right or were too warm.
I got this Hiccapop pillow and it works well!
