Cool if you feel comfortable with it. I say go for it.
If it was me, I'd look at a couple things.
- Security - I would use something like this hiplock
- Maximize space without interrupting my neighbors parking spot. Gauging measurements is hard based on the picture, but I would mount each bike vertically on either side of the storage box with the tires against the wall. Maybe potentially, depending on the strength of the storage box and space, maybe mount the bikes on either side of the storage box with the tire against the storage box.
- I would mount it high enough that I could pull my vehicle as close to the wall as possible
- As far as mounting hardware, you can go as cheap as a hook or something more purposed as a bike wall mount I don't have experience with this. More of an example of what I would look at.
