Pitchers with built in infusers. For real.
I've got four of them and like a half dozen water bottles with the same concept I found for cheap at Walmart.
I might have one with strawberries, limes and mint, another might have cucumber, rosemary and lemon, another may just have a shit ton of orange slices in there, while the fourth is in the sink waiting for me to clean it.
I actually still sometimes find myself getting excited over the random thought of "I bet water would be so good with such and such combination in it," and then I do it and I drink it.
It's... Odd, but it keeps things new and it works and it makes me drink more water.
Yes to infusing fruits! Gives it a fresh natural taste! Use this pitcher to keep it cold in your fridge! I refill the fruit once a week. Strawberry and cucumber is good. And I also do lemon and cucumber!

I just bought a bottle here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SQWHMXF/
that I will be using when I get it (tomorrow) onward to make water kefir -- IF it works. Don't know!
Cold brew filters (I have one) might be way too small, not sure. And the fruit-infusion filters (like the new container I just bought) might be too large. I have no idea. But I saw someone who said they were using a cup like that (fruit infusion) and it was working.
Good idea though! If the thing I'm using is too large for the grains I will try the coldbrew and see what happens.
You can get carafes with a built in fruit infusers if that's your thing
